Ms. Smit is a Licensed Natural Hair Care Professional and Certified Hair Loss Specialist, specializing in protective and camouflage styles that nurture the hair and scalp. After migrating to the US as a teen, she spent a lot of her time in the salon where her passion for hair grew. She then attended and graduated from Magic Fingers Natural Hair Institute. There she perfected her skills and earned a New York State Natural Hair Licensed. Fuel by her passion for her patients with hair loss she attended the Stylists Training, Researching and Networking with Dermatologist (S.T.R.A.N.D) workshop, where she deepen her knowledge. She is trained in hair loss and restoration under the watchful eye of Dr. Osei-Tutu. Alongside Master Natural Hair Stylist, Diane C. Bailey. Ms. Smit is extremely sensitive to each and all of her clients unique personal needs and believes that everyone deserves to look and feel their very best.
